The Open Enrollment period ended November 15th and this was a required enrollment. If you did not enroll, this is your last opportunity to make a change to your current benefits!
If you do not make a change during this enrollment, the benefits elected during the prior enrollment will remain in effect.
If you did not enroll during the initial enrollment and elect not to participate in this appeal enrollment period, your current benefits will terminate December 31, 2022, and you will be automatically (except disability plans, will remain active) assigned to the Cigna SureFit employee only coverage. You will only be able to make a change after this enrollment period if experiencing a qualifying Change in Status.
Voluntary benefits by Transamerica will be offered during the enrollment period, schedule an appointment to learn what is being offered, review your options, and enroll.

You can schedule an appointment for in-person (at one of the on-site locations), telephonic and/or virtual enrollment via the Enrollment Assistance Call Center.
